The Ideation Pinboard is a shared space for early concepts, references, and inspiration. When you add a concept here, you are signaling intent for future action: we will review it and, if it aligns with priorities, create or adjust project work based on the concept described on the card.

To make concepts actionable later, include:

• Platform and Link to any source material you will be using to execute the concept (Figma files, GitHub repos, etc.)
• Contributors who should be involved
• Notes that clarify the problem, the idea, and the desired outcome </aside>

How to use

Ideation Moodboard

Tip: Set the first block to the "Kanban" view and the second block to the "Ideation Moodboard" view to keep them stacked for side‑by‑side collaboration.

Columns = Idea → Backlog → In Progress → Review → Done Cards = Projects (not tasks)

Card Layout

Each project card links to a Project Page. Include the following in the appropriate sections:

Project Name

Brief Description

Owner(s)

Objectives / Deliverables

Contributors

Timeline

Syncs / Bi-Weekly

Team Check-in (30m): Which projects are in motion? Any blockers?

Async updates: Members can post updates in project pages so meetings don’t bloat.

Retrospective (end of sprint): What worked, what didn’t, what to try next?
